Author Chuck Baldwin says that up to 90% of Christian church pastors, that he identifies as theologically conservative, AVOID controversial issues where social and political practices are wrong, as compared to God's Word, the Bible.

He says they are following the "successful church" model that mega-churches use to be "successful."

This "AVOID CONTROVERSY" at all cost, method, of course, leaves many lay folks in the dark and without the correct teachings of God regarding contemporary social and political issues that may be very much WRONG with God.

I personally suspect that the IRS 301(c)(3) argument is an excuse, that provides "cover" for many pastors who pose as conservatives, but are in fact liberal, Bible dis-believers.

That is to say, that they argue that they are fearful of their churches loosing tax-exempt status and therefore they avoid topics that touch on current, and controversial, political and social controversies.

There is a sure way to make people very confident in the relevance and reliability of the Bible.

I call it the "jury duty" method.  One MUST marry Scripture WITH the corroborating physical evidences.

This method produces convinced juries, convinced people, convinced children, convinced teenagers, etc.

Creation Science demonstrates that the Bible is true and correct, NOT some out-of-touch religious book.

God IS REVEALED, IN THE THINGS HE HAS MADE, THE THINGS HE HAS DONE, AND THE THINGS HE HAS SAID. 

One MUST put these all TOGETHER to get the correct view of God and reality -- just like folks on a jury do.

Using this jury duty approach will produce DEEP conviction in people's minds that the Bible is true, and they will come to expect and believe that the Bible's teachings regarding social and political truths are correct as well as it's science truths.

Before Darwin, there was Biblical theology and Natural theology and the two went hand in hand (jury duty method).

But since Darwin, church leaders have been bambozeled and bullied into avoiding Natural theology.

Psalm 19 has 6 verses of Natural theology and 6 verses of Biblical theology and these team up together to make the precious consecrated heart of the psalmist, King David, that we see in verse 14:

¹⁴ Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.

Psalm 19:1-3 says:

1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

² Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

³ There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

A good look at the Planet Saturn shows that the HEAVENS REALLY DO DECLARE THE GLORY OF GOD!

Thus Scripture and the physical evidences God has made, work together to convince people the Bible is true.

They will become convinced the Bible's political and social teachings are true, just as its historical and scientific ones.

Notice that verses 2 and 3 show that this knowledge of God is broadcast worldwide, day and night, regardless of languages.

It is much better strategy to wage God's war for truth using the very effective method of Creation Science and its reliable corroborations of Scripture, where the IRS is NOT counter-attacking, auditing, etc.

In the Old Testament Book of Job we find, one of perhaps a dozen Bible verses, saying God MADE Earth's foundations.  God says to Job:

4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

Many folks would dismiss these statements as non-literal, figurative, or allegorical, language.

But true science shows that the granite bedrocks are indeed created.

Technical people would immediately understand when I use the term "Second Law."

The Second Law of Thermodynamics is so, absolutely proved and basic, it is just called the "Second Law."

It tells us that natural processes will cause organized things to become DISORGANIZED.

Natural processes NEVER go the other way, and ORGANIZE disorganized material -- they NEVER DO!

Standard geologists say granite rocks are igneous rocks formed naturally by cooling of molten rock.

The 2nd Law, proved correct in millions of situations, and NEVER disproved, shows this idea to be absolutely false.

Granite rock is ORGANIZED into beautiful, individual minerals, like quartz, feldspar, biotite, etc.

God just plain CREATED these rocks, they are supernatural, not natural.

If you were to melt granite rock, these minerals would all run together and be completely mingled and mixed up.

If you then cool the melt, you will get RHYOLITE, NOT GRANITE.

The Second Law mandates that natural processes will NEVER re-organize the atoms in the melt, into the beautiful minerals of Granite.

The Bible is absolutely correct that the foundations of the Earth, made of granite ARE SPECIALLY CREATED.

True science corroborates the true Word of God!  The "jury duty" method is imperative.

There are FOUR kinds of rocks, God-made rocks, igneous rocks, sedimentary rocks, and metamorphic rocks - NOT THREE as standard geology says.
